License Information
Every product is genuine and its license terms are shown clearly before checkout. Because licensing differs between developers, requirements vary by product — please read each product page carefully.
License Types
Products may be sold as perpetual licenses, subscriptions or upgrades. The exact type is stated on every product page. Upgrades require an eligible existing license.
Transferability
Some licenses are transferable, some are conditional and some are non-transferable. We never assume all products behave the same — each product lists its own transfer terms.
Account Requirements
Certain products require third-party accounts to activate (e.g. iLok, Native Access or vendor portals). These are listed individually per product.
Delivery Method
All products are delivered digitally after your order is verified. We do not automatically deliver activation codes immediately after payment.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase availability is stated per product and can be provided on request after fulfillment where applicable.
Important
Full serial numbers, voucher codes and activation codes are never provided for pre-purchase testing. Please verify compatibility and license requirements before purchasing. Refund eligibility depends on the specific product and whether a digital code has already been delivered, redeemed, registered or transferred.
